Marcel Wanders Studio has over 10 years history in collaborating with high-end Japanese make-up brand KOSÉ. During my time at the Studio, I was appointed as a main responsible for graphic deliverables. Collaborating with and designing for a Japanese client has definitely been one the most interesting and inspiring experiences; cultural interpretations, beliefs and sense of colour & taste is giving a flavour for our design tasks, as well as influencing the target group's expectations. Below I show samples of a limited edition compact powder, by in-house brand DECORTÉ, which comes with an annually changing story, case design and surface material. In addition to the product graphics, I was involved in creating the concepts behind the ad campaign visuals.
